Le Skuarnek is a former doctor who has been implicated in one of the largest child sexual abuse cases in France's history, facing trial for the sexual assault of 299 children. He previously served a 15-year sentence after being convicted in 2020 for the sexual assault of four children, including two relatives. His criminal activities reportedly spanned decades, with some of his victims being unable to recall the assaults due to being under anesthesia at the time.
