Le Van Binh

Le Van Binh is the Deputy Director of the Department of Land (Vụ Đất đai) under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in Vietnam. He has been vocal about the challenges in the real estate market, particularly highlighting the significant rise in property prices in urban areas such as Hanoi. At a recent seminar, he noted that the previous budget of 1-1.5 billion VND, which used to afford a home, is now insufficient due to skyrocketing prices, with central urban projects now averaging over 70 million VND per square meter.
