Lê Văn Chắc

Lê Văn Chắc, now 86 years old, was one of the key figures in the early reconstruction of Ho Chi Minh City's transportation system following the reunification of Vietnam in 1975. As a member of the traffic management team, he played a crucial role in assessing and repairing the heavily damaged infrastructure, particularly in the city's outskirts, which were left in ruins after the war.
