Lê Văn Cường, a 56-year-old resident of Phan Thiết, tragically passed away after his motorcycle became lodged under a pickup truck, which subsequently dragged the motorcycle for nearly a kilometer in the coastal urban area of Phan Thiết during the early hours of the first day of the Lunar New Year.
