Lê Văn Khiên

Lê Văn Khiên has recently been appointed as the legal representative of the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), succeeding Vũ Thế Phiệt. Born in 1973, he is a member of ACV's Board of Directors and represents the state's 11.22% stake in the company. His appointment comes amid significant organizational changes within ACV, which manages and operates 23 airports across Vietnam, including the key international airport project at Long Thành.
