Le Van Mot

Le Van Mot is a former Chief of Police in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, who has recently been implicated in a major fraud case involving land scams and the embezzlement of nearly 100 billion VND. During his final year in office, he allegedly collaborated with an associate, Nguyen Thi Hang, to deceive victims into investing in land transactions that were illegal and fraudulent.
