Leddy Quiroz

Leddy Quiroz is the Secretary General of the Unión Nacional de Trabajadoras del Hogar y Afines (Untha) in Ecuador, an organization advocating for the rights and recognition of domestic workers. Recently, she was in the news for her support of the newly approved Ley Orgánica Reformatoria al Código del Trabajo, which aims to dignify the work of domestic workers by ensuring their access to social security and prohibiting the employment of minors, among other protections.
