Lee Yong Soo

General Lee Yong Soo is the Chief of Staff of the South Korean Air Force. He gained attention in April 2023 following a series of incidents involving the accidental release of munitions during military exercises, which led to a temporary suspension of flight operations across the Air Force. In response to these incidents, General Lee held discussions with commanders to implement measures aimed at preventing future occurrences and ensuring the safety of operations.
