Leila Inksetter

Leila Inksetter is a history professor at the University of Quebec in Montreal, known for her research on Indigenous issues. Recently, she released a report for the Wabun Tribal Council concluding that there is no evidence of a mixed-ancestry community in their territory, a finding that has sparked controversy regarding Métis identity claims in Ontario.
