Leila Mallouli

Leila Mallouli is a Tunisian academic and economist who has focused on the concept of the social and solidarity economy (ESS) and the re-invention of solidarity in Tunisia. During the recent discussions at the Summer University, she highlighted the challenges faced by community societies and called for a clearer legal framework to support this emerging economic model.
