Lenis Mojica

Lenis Mojica is a 49-year-old Venezuelan migrant who has been living in a shelter in Tijuana since January. She has experienced the drastic decline in migrant arrivals at the border, expressing her concerns about the empty parks and shelters that once hosted many families. Although her hopes of reuniting with her children in the United States remain, the ongoing economic and political instability in Venezuela has led her to consider a longer stay in Mexico.
