Leon O’Connor
Leon O’Connor, a 36-year-old man from Bishopstown, Cork, was recently sentenced to two years in prison for sexually assaulting a woman who came to view a room he had advertised for rent. The Cork Circuit Criminal Court heard that O’Connor was suffering from undiagnosed mental illness at the time of the offense, which occurred in December 2021.
