León Téllez

León Téllez is a representative of the Refugio Franciscano, an animal shelter in Mexico City, who has been actively involved in discussions with government officials regarding the health and welfare of nearly one thousand dogs and cats that were relocated from the shelter. Téllez recently announced an agreement that will allow his team, along with veterinarians, to inspect the conditions of the animals at various government-designated sites.
