Leonardo Blengini

Leonardo Blengini is the director of the National Civil Aviation Directorate (Dinacia) in Uruguay. He was recently in the news following a cyberattack on the Dinacia website, during which sensitive information, including the phone number of President Yamandú Orsi, was publicly displayed. Blengini confirmed that the hackers created a visual overlay on the website, but there was no evidence of them accessing the internal systems.
