Leonardo Hortúa Blandón, also known by his alias 'Mascota', was a notorious figure in Colombia's criminal underworld, specifically associated with the violent drug trafficking organization Los Rastrojos. Captured in 2012 for multiple serious crimes including kidnapping and narcotrafficking, he was known for his brutal methods, including the decapitation of victims. After being released on judicial decision, he was ultimately killed in 2013.
