Leonardo Molina is a co-founder of the San Luis School, where he has played a vital role in nurturing young football talents in a vulnerable neighborhood of Cali, Colombia. Balancing his responsibilities as a traffic guard, Molina, along with friends, initiated community efforts to promote sports among local youth, helping them discover their potential and passion for football.
