Leonardo Monteiro Moja
Known as 'Léo do Moinho', Leonardo Monteiro Moja is alleged to be the leader of drug trafficking operations for the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) in the central region of São Paulo. He has been identified as a major property owner within the Favela do Moinho, where he reportedly extorts money from residents and controls significant portions of the housing market, charging rents that contribute directly to his criminal enterprises. As of August 2024, he has been incarcerated.
