Leonardo Serrano Vílchez

Leonardo Serrano Vílchez was a Peruvian police officer who lost his life on February 4, 1993, during an ambush by Sendero Luminoso in Huarmaca, Piura, where he is remembered as one of the 17 martyrs who sacrificed their lives fighting against terrorism in Peru.
