Leonid Luzgin
Leonid Luzgin is the general director of the Ural Civil Aviation Plant, where he oversees the development and production of aircraft, including the new light multipurpose aircraft LМС-901 'Baikal', which is intended to replace the aging Soviet-era An-2 aircraft. Under his leadership, the plant has received preliminary orders for 60 'Baikal' aircraft, and Luzgin has indicated plans for the aircraft to be certified by the end of 2026.
