Leonidas Zelaya

Leonidas Zelaya is the Corporate Relations Manager at Cementos del Norte and the Commercial Vice President of the Honduran Chamber of Construction (Chico). He is actively involved in promoting public-private collaboration to enhance the construction sector in Honduras. Recently, he emphasized the need to leverage financial resources and unite efforts to uncover lost opportunities in the industry, as he prepares for the upcoming Infrastructure Forum 2025, aimed at addressing the challenges facing the construction industry through innovative solutions.
