Leonie Exel

Leonie Exel is the co-ordinator of the Bay of Islands Watchdogs group, an organization focused on dog safety and responsible ownership. She has been an advocate for stronger enforcement of dog control laws and has called for the identification and prosecution of repeat offenders who allow their dogs to roam freely or exhibit aggressive behavior.
