Lesly Quispe

Lesly Quispe is a trans activist and human rights defender in Peru, known for her work with Féminas Perú and the LGTBIQ+ Pride March collective in Lima. She has been vocal in her opposition to the recent Law N.º 32331, which mandates the use of public restrooms based on biological sex rather than gender identity. Quispe argues that this legislation infringes upon the rights of transgender individuals and poses threats to their mental and physical well-being.
