Lester Mendoza

Lester Mendoza is a former auditor for the Contraloría General de la República in Panama, who was sentenced to eight years in prison for his involvement in the corruption case surrounding the Arraiján-La Chorrera highway project. He was convicted for signing off on financial reports that did not adhere to contractual specifications, thereby facilitating the misuse of public resources.
