Leung Chung Man

Leung Chung Man is a second-year undergraduate student specializing in Insurance, Finance, and Actuarial Science at Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He was the sole candidate in the recent student board member election, which unfortunately did not meet the required voter turnout, leading to an invalid election.
