Lev Lakshtanov

Lev Lakshtanov is a Russian national and the founder of the NGO Farol, which focuses on cultural cooperation with Portuguese-speaking countries. He was recently arrested in Angola on suspicion of being involved in financing and training a disinformation network aimed at stirring unrest during protests in the country.
