Lewis Chen

Lewis Chen is the general director of the Industrial Technology Research Institute's (ITRI) Commercialization and Industry Service Center in Taiwan. He has been instrumental in fostering collaborations between Taiwanese and Indian aerospace industries, emphasizing the complementary strengths of both regions. Under his leadership, ITRI has facilitated exchanges with numerous Indian space start-ups and signed multiple memorandums of understanding to enhance partnerships in areas such as small satellites and launch vehicles. Chen advocates for leveraging Taiwan's robust semiconductor supply chain alongside India's innovative space applications to create cost-effective and efficient solutions in the aerospace sector.
