Lewis Oliver Rowland

Lewis Oliver Rowland was a young boy whose life was cut short due to severe brain injuries inflicted by his father, Craig Rowland. He sustained these injuries at just 13 weeks old and died at the age of three from complications related to his condition, after being cared for by a foster family.
