Li Hongquan

Li Hongquan is a 30-something resident of Harbin, Heilongjiang, who became a wheelchair user following an accident eight years ago. As a member of the local disabled persons' association, he has been vocal about the difficulties faced by wheelchair users when trying to access high-speed rail services, particularly when using modified manual wheelchairs equipped with electric traction devices, which have faced restrictions in railway stations.
