Li Jinggong

Li Jinggong is the head of the oil and gas reserve evaluation expert group at China's Ministry of Natural Resources. He was in the news for leading the evaluation of China’s first set of continental rift basin shale oil fields, utilizing newly established national standards for estimating shale oil reserves.
