Li Ka-bin

Li Ka-bin, 30, was the Deputy Director of the office of the Bauhinia Party at the time of the alleged fraud involving a donation scheme. He has been implicated in a case where he reportedly misappropriated funds during a transaction related to the party's acquisition of a charity, leading to accusations of embezzlement totaling 190,000 HKD. Li claims he was acting under the instructions of senior party officials and insists he did not personally benefit from the funds in question.
