Li Shengneng

Li Shengneng is the Director of the Cultural Relics Center in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, and a National People's Congress representative. He is actively involved in the enhancement of museum services and cultural heritage preservation, advocating for the application of archaeological findings in educational materials. As part of his efforts, he has proposed initiatives to elevate the status of the Niuhe Liang archaeological site as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, emphasizing the importance of cultural confidence in China.
