Li Shi Ying

Li Shi Ying is the chief scientist at the Carbon-Based Solid Waste Resource Utilization Pilot Base in Shaanxi. She is responsible for leading research efforts to optimize the conversion of coal gangue into ecological functional soil, aiming to provide technological support for ecological restoration projects across the region and nationwide.
