Liam Tannam

Liam Tannam was a Captain in the Irish Volunteers during the Easter Rising of 1916, known for his account of the arrival of foreign sailors, including Antti Juho Mäkipaltio, at the General Post Office in Dublin, where he learned of their willingness to aid the Irish rebels.
