Liat Efrat Sarusi

Liat Efrat Sarusi is a dedicated mother and activist who has taken significant steps to create a supportive environment for children on the autism spectrum. Frustrated by the lack of suitable extracurricular activities for her son Ariel, who has moderate to low functioning autism, Liat decided to open 'Ariel's', a center designed to provide tailored support for children with diverse needs. She has faced numerous challenges in establishing the center, including bureaucratic hurdles and financial difficulties, but remains committed to advocating for the rights and needs of children with autism and their families.
