Libère Niyibizi

Libère Niyibizi is the advocacy and lobbying officer at the Union of Persons with Disabilities in Burundi (UPHB). He acknowledges the progress made in promoting the rights of people with disabilities but stresses the need for greater representation in decision-making processes, urging the establishment of laws to enhance their participation and rights within the community.
