Libra Venegas

From Durango, Libra Venegas discovered rap as a transformative outlet for her environment. Encouraged by her mother to study while pursuing her passion for hip hop, she has embraced both rap and teaching in her career. As one of the few women in the rap scene initially, she is thrilled to see more women joining. Libra believes that Hip Hop por la Paz bridges the gap between the streets and institutions, fostering understanding and inspiring her community to create a more thoughtful and humane hip hop.
