Lideco

Lideco is a liquidator delegated by the Banco Central del Uruguay (BCU) responsible for overseeing the administrative dissolution and liquidation of CVM, a financial firm that was intervened in July 2022. Recently, Lideco has been in the news due to a complaint filed against the BCU, alleging a lack of transparency and potential conflicts of interest concerning an agreement made with the former head of CVM, Goldring.
