Lídia Bulcão

Lídia Bulcão is the Secretary of State for the Sea in Portugal, who recently proposed the creation of a new Emission Control Area in the Northeast Atlantic, which was accepted by the International Maritime Organization to protect the Portuguese coastline from ship pollution.
