Ligia Level, 67, is a survivor of the devastating earthquake that struck La Guaira, Venezuela, where she leapt from her first-floor window to escape the collapsing Residencias Villamar. Tragically, most of her family, including her mother and sister, are feared dead, and she has become a voice for the urgent need for international aid in the wake of this disaster.
