Lilian Patricia Mazariegos Alvisurez

Lilian Patricia Mazariegos Alvisurez, known by her alias 'La Foca', is a 39-year-old woman recently recaptured by Guatemalan authorities for her involvement in criminal activities associated with the Barrio 18 gang. She was apprehended while attempting to collect a package that was believed to contain extorted money. Previously, she had been arrested for attempting to smuggle contraband, including cell phones and drugs, into a maximum-security prison by concealing them in her body. Despite her prior arrest, she managed to regain her freedom and continued her illicit activities, which included extortion and trafficking of illegal items to various prisons.
