Lilibeth Cárdenas

Lilibeth Cárdenas is the Vice Minister of Women in Panama, actively involved in initiatives aimed at combating violence against children and adolescents. She recently announced the launch of the ‘Creciendo Seguras’ program, which focuses on preventing physical, psychological, and sexual violence, as well as teenage pregnancies among vulnerable populations in Panama.
