Linda Kiome
Linda Kiome has been nominated for the position of Deputy Governor of Meru County, following her selection by Governor Isaac Mutuma. Previously, she served as the Vice Chairperson of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) selection panel and was a legal advisor to former Governor Kawira Mwangaza. Kiome also has experience in electoral politics, having been the running mate of former Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Mithika Linturi in the 2022 general election. She is awaiting vetting by the Meru County Assembly.
