Ling Yan

Ling Yan, also known as Yang Ning, is a Chinese national who was arrested during a two-week ICE operation in West Virginia. Previously convicted of two counts of endangering the welfare of children in Ohio, Yan has a final order of removal from the United States and was among the individuals apprehended for safety concerns during the operation.
