Linwei Ding

Linwei Ding, a former Google engineer, was recently convicted in a U.S. court for stealing trade secrets related to artificial intelligence to send to two Chinese companies. At 38 years old, Ding engaged in economic espionage and theft of trade secrets, downloading thousands of pages of confidential information from Google over a span of several months, leading to multiple charges, including espionage and commercial theft.
