Lior Sfarndau is an Israeli humanitarian and photographer who has dedicated his life to addressing the dire conditions in the Karamoja region of Uganda. After witnessing the struggles of refugees in Lesbos, he shifted his focus to aid work, eventually founding the organization 'Shanita,' which supports the education of local children. Known locally as 'Luce,' Lior has immersed himself in the culture of the Karamojong people, advocating for the empowerment of youth through education and sustainable development.
