Lisale Foaese

Lisale Foaese was a Samoan-born resident of New Zealand who, at the time of his tragic accident, was being assessed for undiagnosed Lewy body dementia, which significantly impaired his judgment and driving abilities. He was involved in a double fatal crash on a Wellington motorway, resulting in the deaths of himself and his son, George, while also seriously injuring two others.
