Lisseth

Lisseth is the co-founder of Carpe Diem, an Italian restaurant in Cusco, Peru, where she combines her passion for Italian cuisine, inspired by her husband's family heritage, with a commitment to using local ingredients. Initially trained in tourism, Lisseth discovered her love for cooking while helping her husband prepare traditional dishes on weekends, leading to the creation of a restaurant that honors authentic Italian flavors while supporting local farmers.
