Littré Quiroga Carvajal was a Chilean prison director who became a victim of the brutal repression during Augusto Pinochet's regime. He was kidnapped, tortured, and murdered, alongside the well-known folk singer Víctor Jara, highlighting the extensive human rights abuses of the dictatorship.
