Liu Cai-wei

Liu Cai-wei is a member of the Taipei City Council representing the Kuomintang (KMT). She has been vocal in her criticism of the Mainland Affairs Council's handling of cross-strait relations, particularly in connection with the postponement of the Twin Cities Forum.
