Liu Pang-chien

Liu Pang-chien is a section chief at the Coast Guard Administration's Investigation Branch in Taiwan. He played a pivotal role in a recent operation that resulted in the seizure of over 400kg of cannabis, marking one of the largest drug busts in recent years. Liu provided insights during a news conference about the intelligence that led to the interception of a vessel suspected of smuggling narcotics into Taiwan.
